The Challenge...

Motion R is a vehicle sales company that focuses on superior quality and enhanced customer experience. We had to keep this at our focus for the whole of the project and keep the company values at the core. Motion R approached us with the requirement for online lead generation, in order for business growth and to reach new audiences.

The Solution...

To ensure brand development and more sales leads, we knew our strategy had to be campaign focused. We began the social strategy by identifying the target audience through in depth research. Once we had this information, we began to plan the ad campaigns and decided what strategy would be the most effective for potential customers.

 

We set up their social channels to grow their followers, audience reach, impressions and engagement to result in increased sales. We had paid ads on Facebook and Instagram and also used organic posts to reach out to the audiences and continue to gain followers. Our strategy focused around the target audience of the company, and we thought about who the demographic was, what they would want to see, and then we looked at how they interacted. Part of our implementation process was looking at social media insights to see what worked well and vise versa, so that we could structure our upcoming approach on social platforms.

Once we had the data and information to support our strategy, we adapted and changed our social media planning to confine to other standards. If one social media post got a higher engagement, then we analysed the data to then work out why. We looked at analytics frequently so that we could construct the most effective social media plan for online lead generation. What performed better was then used and evolved to continue increased business growth.

Result...

The results were positive and the client was extremely happy with the end consequence of online lead generation. The sales increased, there was more engagement and audience reach on social platforms, and all in all led to incredible business growth. This met the objective of the challenge and fulfilled the clients specifications for the project, meaning total success on all avenues.
